I have still not posted the Snerffle scores, due to the fact that 1) I still have The Plague and 2) I have four days to write 14,000 words (and two of those days I have to work, assuming The Plague goes away). I've completely wasted two days of a four-day weekend being miserable with The Plague, so I'm guessing completely subjective scoring is not exactly something you want me to do right now.
I will be extending the 'claim your prize' deadline, though, so you'll have time to decide.
Things I have done recently:
1) Finished my second batch of 1,000 cranes. Here is a link to the entry about that on craftgrrl. There's a bit of a twist, in the way I presented the gift, and I think it went over well.
2) Wrote 1,000 words describing a line on a napkin. I'm not entirely sure all pictures really should be worth 1,000 words, and it may have taken me longer to try to eek out the 1,000 descriptive words than it would have to write the story, but I am running out of story. ( picture of the picture here! )
3) Started my third batch of 1,000 cranes, documented at Daily Crane.
For the non-Facebook out there, the cranes are posted under the cut: ( here )
4) Made a tiny set of knitting needles out of toothpicks. Yes, you can actually knit with them.

I plan on getting pretty extravagant with some of the sets, as soon as I get over The Plague. Which, if I remember correctly from last time, took about a week and a half. :/
In other news, completely flaked on FlyLady. May try again for the lulz after the holidays (I did like having a clean kitchen) and since I got the book from the library, I'll have that to go off of. I have a few other cleaning books to review, too, after I eeek out my NaNo words.
Oh, speaking of NaNo, if you want to read a murder mystery-turned time traveling alien-turned goodness knows what story, I'm posting it here. I wouldn't read it for the story, which is really out there, even for me, but it does have some wonderful justifications of ridiculous word count padding.
