The great think of my Great Big Book of To Do is that I don't lose little scraps of paper all over the house with things to remember scribbled on them. The down side is that it rarely comes out of my work bag, which means I don't see all the things I need to do, which enables me to ignore them.
I've really good at that.
But today I hauled my Great Big Book of To Do out and am going to tackle at least half a dozen things in it. At least. I'm hoping for more like a dozen and a half, but I've been known to be unrealistic.
It's Friday night, I have the house to myself, and I should be able to be productive. The problem is, I never am. I get sidetracked with TV and games and sometimes I just zombie out after the week at work. But this week is going to be different! There's a freshly-brewed pot of coffee and I'm going to start out my productive weekend by procrastinating and typing a to-do list into my blog.
To do tonight
To do this weekend
Blank space so I can fill in the things I actually did so at least I seem accomplished:
... I think my procrastination time is up. I did find one thing I got to cross out of my book that I'd done - I finally wound all of my cross-stitch floss onto the bobbins and it's all neatly organized. Yay! (not that I cross-stitch much, but at least it's all neat now?)
