We are the 'highest priority' for the gas company right now. They promise to get to us by the end of the week.

...

I'm not holding my breath.

In other news, I bought a crochet-a-day calendar at Half Price Books (no Hercules, alas). Anybody want all the baby patterns out of it? Of course I've already looked all the way through it! And no, I don't feel the need to hold on to it and have the 'correct' page showing every day, since my current Origami-day calendar is often a month or so off. With Outlook, who needs a desk calendar?

So, anyone? Otherwise I'll offer them up at [livejournal.com profile] crochetcrochet tonight.

If you don't want the baby stuff, my mum makes baby stuff all the time. Her wishful thinking, I think. She might like to have more patterns :)

Anyone who will use it is good! I shall include it when (if? ~.^) I send your Snerffle prize!

Sure thing. Sounds good to me :D

I've thought about an origami-a-day calendar, but any a-day calendars I've ever had get behind, or just litter my desk with pages I want to look at later, but not ready to throw away.

I miss the Snerffle challenges, I have to say. Actually, I miss everything- I feel like work has taken over my life the last couple of months and I am brain dead to think about anything outside of it.

I know - I bought this one strictly as a pattern book, not as a calendar. Because I can't remember to change the page every day. The nice thing about the origami ones is that the pages are basically origami paper on the back (patterned and whatnot) so you can use them to fold boxes for gifts or scrapbook or whatever, too!

I know, I've been a little absent lately, and I think October/November is a slow time in general - school and NaNo and all that. Fall cleaning, too, which I REALLY need to do!
