...in more ways than one. Today I donated blood - I'm up to 2 gallons at the CBC. Yay, me.
This normally does not effect me all that much, but between the sleep deprivation from the allergy medication (I can take my Claratin-D and be headache free but unable to sleep, or I can not take it and sleep okay but have massive headaches) and the training (we're done with day two of a three-day Civil 3D training class!) I'm ready to just hole up in a closet.
There are plenty of other little things that have gone wrong this week (like Monday morning the circuits in the house going haywire and it taking me 20 minutes - and waking up Mr. Smeddley - to get the electricity to the garage doors restored... the Royals... the new software...) but I'm going to focus on the positives.
Um.
Phill Kline lost the primary. Hurrah!
Mr. Smeddley picked up two more classes for the next semester, so while I lose my house cleaner and cook, we gain funds. And since I'd rather pay off bills faster and live in a pigsty, that works for me. Yay!
Mr. Smeddley went and picked up a new cable box for my TV, so it now properly formats the screen. Yipppee!
...and... um...
It's Thursday? Only one more day to the weekend! [and there was much rejoicing]
Ravelympics starts tomorrow. I'm so not ready.

Yay for the funds, that's good. Mum is spazzing over her stove maybe being broken, so I'm suffering through those woes about maybe having to buy another one... AGAIN. This is one less than 2 years old...
Hope everything else is going well.

I had to re-read that line several times, trying to figure out if you were being facetious about playing then new Civilization game, before it finally sunk in that that Civil 3D is actually a work program, eh?
Hope you have a good weekend ahead!
