No liens: my lawyer advises me that this icon is not legally binding, and I finished paying the morgage off a little while ago. Weeeeeell, I think it got classified as a condemned structure the other week, but with a little sprucing-up I could totally find a buyer at or above the asking price of 50 points. Considering how horrific my participation has been this time around, I'm a little surprised at how high up on that list I am.
