I just reserved Fearless Fourteen at the library, and for the regular book I'm listed at 406 on the holds list. Now, for the large print I'm 109 and for the book on CD I'm 68. The question is - which will I get first? This is not as easy a question as you might think. Because they will get different numbers of each (my guess is they will get the most regular books and the least CDs). There's also the chance that I can nab a 'browsing book' (no holds allowed) when they put them out. Or I could just buy it, but... I dunno. I've not heard great things from the people who got ARCs. So maybe I'll just wait and see.
In other news, the Olympic Torch is going by my office today, apparently. *glances at the clock* Rather, it already has. Huh.
In further news, my office is slowly getting cleaner. It may, indeed, be the only thing I accomplish this week. Ah well. I should get hopping and get some work done today. It's actually not raining at the moment (though it's in the forecast for tonight) so that should cheer me up.
...or y'all could post a lot and distract me. That would be terrible. Just terrible. <.< >.>
Oh, and I got rid of (hopefully) that annoying BigFix and Spare Backup on my computer, and set up my Outlook to work right, including permanently importing all of the old messages. Now, as is my way, I need to wade through them, pull out the important info and store it in places, and clean out my inbox (I hate having messages in my inbox, at least having more than a dozen or so. Don't ask me why, it just is.
So. Finish cleaning up the old computer to sell, finish cleaning up my office, and... that'll be good for the day. *nods*
