Today I got to spend three hours at the mandatory AED/CPR training. Normally I complain that it's silly to have to do it every year, and I still stand by that for the AED training. Because 'turn it on and do what it tells you' is not something I need refreshed every year. I can probably hold that in my brain for at least 2-3 years....
But the CPR - sorry, CCR - has changed quite a bit. No more breathing for people! Unless they're in cardiac arrest because they've drowned. Then it's the old 30-2. But now, for traditional heart attacks, they say compression only. Good to know!
Tonight I get to rush home, walk the dog, make dinner, rish to my bellydancing class (I haven't been to the gym in a week - eep!), leave bellydancing a tad early so I can rush to my book club, then rush home and announce then answers and winners. Whew, I'm tired just thinking about it...
Next week is the big 'operation backyard overhaul'. Boy, I'm looking forward to that! Also, I have a whole bunch of pictures I need to post here and to Ravelry. Argh! I need more hours in the day!
