Okay, I have a problem and it's time I admit it...

WHY DO I KEEP LOOKING?!

Although, with the 'Universal Wish List' button from Amazon, I can add it to my Amazon Wish List and redeem my 'I accomplished things' points to buy them (I make a list of goals for the month, and can 'earn' 1-4 items from my wish list by completing 25%-100% of the goals - how I calculate it is still pending).

EDIT: In other news, postcard from penchaft who is lovely and creative but totally needs to stop using gold ink ow ow ow. ;)

Why can't I finish anything? I mean, yes, I do eventually finish things, but not until I've started at least a half-dozen... okay, a dozen other things.

On my list to finish this weekend were two scarves, that poor crocheted horse, the purple/green granny square afghan (it just needs a dozen rows of edging), the popcorn stitch blanket, and an octopus. And, I admit, I had toyed with the idea of starting Mrs. Weasley's Bag from the Charmed Knits book.

But what did I do? While sifting through a stack of craft instructions I picked up my 'nifty knit dishcloths' book and, yes, started one. In my defense, there was a skein of cotton yarn and the exact right size knitting needles sitting right there! Granted, I'm almost a third of the way done and it'll only take a few more hours, but... the same could be said of most of the other projects I have lying around partially finished (the one scarf and the unmentioned Tetris Afghan being the exceptions, both will take quite a bit more time).
