I was going to donate blood at lunch. Sadly, the shirt I grabbed this morning won't push up past my elbows, so that's out. Then I was going to do it tomorrow, but I have a utility meeting. Maybe I can still squeeze it in, I dunno.
Then I was going to sit in my office, listen to my book on tape, and knit. Then my hubby called to tell me he'd broken his watch.
Now I'm heading out to buy him a new watch, and I just know - I know - I'm going to end up buying things I shouldn't. I'm jonesing for yarn, and I haven't even made a dent in the stuff I have (I used up 3 skeins, but had to buy one of those, then bought 4 more, so technically I'm [-2] [+1] [-1] [+4] = [+2] so far. Quick, what's a fast and easy way to use up two skeins of yarn?!)
And I have a million things to do at work and don't want to do any of them, instead all I can think about is all the stuff I could be doing at home (NOTE TO SELF: don't forget to clean out the over before baking the chicken tonight). Though if I were at home, it's pretty doubtful I'd be doing any of that, either.
Oh, e-mail posting is going to be dangerous. :/

I avoided buying yarn, but did pick up a pair of clearance knitting needles. :)

Grins. Yay for clearance stuff. I bought a cross stitch pattern for $2 the other day, though it wasn't a kit -- just the pattern. Not that bad for the price though.

Good luck resisting the buying impulse!
