It was 70 yesterday, 30 today. Oh, spring, why are you such a tease?

In other news:
* I don't want to be at work today (big surprise)
* I did go shopping at lunch and got 4 sweaters and 3 bras for under $140 - yay Kohls!
* The tank tops all over the store made me giggle as I was shivering.
* Reason 32 long hair can be a pain - trying on bras.
* My to-do list is massive out of control and I keep adding things to it.
* New Top Gear tonight - who-hoo!
* I keep checking the county website for the new property appraisals... they should be out any day now! Or any hour... [checks again]
* I really wish I didn't like prunes so much.
* It's actually a comfortable temperature in the office!
* Have I mentioned I'm bored? Entertain me!
* I need more people over 30 to guess my lyric meme (a few entries back).

Spring is out of the office until March 21st.

What, it just popped its head in while it was on vacation yesterday? And who says it can't cut that vacation short? My daffodils are already coming up. Granted, they are now in the middle of a sodded lawn, so that's a bit inconvenient, but still.

Also, can you believe that DST starts this weekend?!

It does? I suppose I should pay attention to that sort of thing.

Only if you don't want to be late to work.

Here the temperatures about the opposite. I don't know how cold it was yesterday, but I just spent an hour reading outside 'cause it's so nice. The minute I stock up on winter clothes...

Kohls clearance racks are my best friends. And they usually have really nice stuff for really cheap. I did try on a tank top when I was there the other day, but it was more with an eye toward layering than actually going out in just that already.

If you're really bored, you can do the reading response to Stephen King's On Writing pages 93 to 131 that I'm procrastinating right now. It's not due for another half-hour, so you know, plenty of time.

I'm sure it will get cold there again! Winter still has a few jabs to get in before it lets spring take over.

I love Kohls. Reasonably priced clothes that even sometimes fit! What more can I ask for?

And you win the procrastination crown. That is CRAZY! :D

The ground's still completely snow-covered here, so count yourself lucky!

Also...one bra costs me about that much. Stupid huge boobs. Yes, I'm bitter.

My to-do list is out of control, too. I keep hoping that if I don't look directly at it, it'll just go away. Hasn't woked yet...but I'm still trying.

They were, at least, buy two get one free, so I didn't feel too bad. But yeah, it cheeses me off to have to pay that much for something I really can't get away without having. *grump* I spent all my teen years wishing for bigger boobs, and now... yeah, not so much. Smaller and perkier would be better!

I'd settle for being a size that you can actually locate in a normal department store. As it is, I have the option of buying one that doesn't fit AT ALL, or going to a specialty store and pay upwards of a hundred dollars apiece.

You're not allowed to be small of body ad large of chest in this world. Not unless you're rich!

Huh, I've never figured my hair to be a pain when trying on bras, but then again it is almost always braided.

That's why I'm not a good candidate for really long hair - unless I'm working on the computer, it's rarely contained in any fashion. I might clip the sides back, or wear a headband, but mostly it's just loose. At work I twist it up into a bun but I take it down at lunch and when I leave. Summer will probably kill me and I'll give in and get it cut significantly. But until then I'm seeing how far I can let it go... before my hunny attacks me with scissors in my sleep. Evidently it's really getting in the way at night.

I fear to leave mine loose; it tangles quite quickly, and I hate having to brush the mats out.

I cut mine when I start getting a wedgie in the shower.

Oh god that made me laugh. Which is a mean feat because I also have the hiccups right now. Stupid hiccups.

As long as I use enough conditioner mine seems to be behaving, but it's a lot shorter than yours. It's only flirting with my waist right now.
