Sorry I've been so lax and late lately, this whole construction business is exhausting! Just dealing with the dog all day is enough to drain you. And it's so much noise! Hammering, barking, nailing, barking, air compressor, barking... I'm a very quiet person. I like things nice and quiet. One of the reasons I couldn't stand living in an apartment. So I am not so much enjoying this. But I am very much looking forward to having room in my office again when we can move all that crap back downstairs and put all of the other crap back in its proper place.

revoked_soul for her insightful answer of 'a picture'. Smart Ass. penchaft gets second with her long-winded answer about the crack in my basement (props to gelsey for also mentioning it) and tjstein gets third for the very odd answer of 'dryer lint' which just makes me giggle for some unknown reason.
While many of you thought of concrete and did mention my ongoing basement remodel, none of you thought back a little further. Granted, not everyone has been around that long, but the project before the basement was.... the bathroom. Specifically, the bathtub. The picture was a chunk of the cast iron from the bathtub, all of the porcelain having been chipped off by the sledgehammer we used to demolish it. You can still see tiny white globs, that's what's left of the porcelain coating.
You still have time to play Round Nine, finish that sentence! which should close on Wednesday. Round Ten will be up in a moment (it's really easy, I promise!) and then... then I will announce the shocking twist in the game and a surprise, as well! At the moment there are 3 people it will have no effect on, the rest of you may find it shakes things up quite a bit. Some in a good way, some in a not-so-good way. Also, if, based on that clue you can figure out what the twist is going to be, you get 50 extra Round Eleven points. ;)
