Also, I can always tell when people are restless (this time, news post - though I agree with the number of people that are questioning how policy changes/clarifications would be considered 'spamming' news but Pepsi ads... are not) because comment notifications - even to my 'Message Center' - are severely delayed. Boo.

Not bad. I noticed you in there telling people that there's no hope for blocking! Seriously, anyone sends me a sponsored v-gift and I'll make sure they get a REAL flaming bag of poo. Okay, maybe just a bag of poo, since it'd be hard to mail something on fire. Against postal codes and all. But I have a dog, and I'm not afraid to feed her tuna fish and collect the poop and mail that!

There's no hope or ability to opt out. There's no way to prevent someone from sending you a v-gift.

There are plenty of blocking methods for the images, however.
