I'm getting excited about the whole zombie CYOA NaNo thing. But, every good CYOA story has illustrations, and every LJ journal HAS to have icons! So here's the deal. For Round Three, I want pictures and/or icons, up to 6 TOTAL (pseudo-arbitrary number, the number of icons on a free journal).
You can either include the image/icon in the comment, or you can just leave the URL as a link.
Will it improve your chances to make icons over posting a link to a picture? No. Do icons have to be made by you? No. Do icons have to specifically have a zombie in them? Again, no, though something in the horror genre would probably work best. Can I submit original artwork and stick figures? Yes. Can I submit something that looks like it was painted by a 4-year old... or an elephant? Yes, though I wouldn't give you a high probability of winning, unless everyone else submitted things that looked like they were drawn by a 3-year old. Can I just give you a link to the Goggle images page cued to 'zombies'? Yes, if you want -100 bonus points! (You may ask why I'm doing this, when I could do image searches. And it's because everyone manages to find different things on the web, and I want some variety. You know of websites that I don't, and I don't have enough time to search out every nook and cranny of the web to find it. Maybe you know of a famous painting - say the Raft of the Medusa - that you think would be spiffy. You know, that could work! Would I have thought to search for famous paintings by dead French guys in my quest for pictures? Probably not. See what I mean?)
