This song is stuck in my head for no apparent raisin*:

"I wanna know... have you ever seen the rain?"

And I don't even know the song, so the chorus is just looping and looping and looping and I don't know why oh god make it stop make it stop!

I think I was happier having "Hold on" by Kansas on loop. At least there I knew the whole song.



*Bonus points to anyone who can name the TV show that comes from.

It's kind of old-school, but it got cancelled after three seasons because Disney felt it was getting too dark for them. My sister's a bit on the obsessed side.

I think there are episodes up on Google video, but I can't be arsed to go digging for them. It was cute, in that awesomely campy sort of way. I especially liked how they conveniently worked Mackenzie Phillips' singing into the plot -- she played the widow/former bandmate of an 80's rockstar, who decided to pack up their two kids and go on tour as a soloist some ten years later. The daughter discovers that she's inherited her father's penchant for the supernatural, and hijinks ensue, accompanied by oddly appropriate music. Hee.
