I have had a crappy day thus far, but more comedic crappy than truly horrifically crappy, as was pointed out by the universe (that always seems to happen when I complain, I should know better).

Anyway, did you know Tupperware could break? I dropped my little container of pudding on the floor this morning (granted, I do have very hard tile floors) and the edge snapped off. To its credit, at least the lid stayed on and I didn't have to clean up a huge puddingy mess. I think it's still structurally sound, so I feel bad about wanting to throw it away because the broken edge will drive me batty.

In other news, I found out (because I bothered to look) that it was "Hecho en Mexico". I always thought of Tupperware as very American, go figure. It's expensive enough (compared to, say, Rubbermade) you'd think it could be made here, and be slightly more durable.

Also, I have declared today 'eat all of the questionable leftovers out of the fridge day'. Tomorrow's celebratory tagline is pending.
