Snerffle is a go!

I'm thinking a St. Patrick's Day start. But if you want to get bonus points before then, keep a lookout for opportunities in everyday posts (and, of course, you can suggest rounds and challenges, or just say something funny or interesting... lots of ways to get extra points!).

For example, this one:

I went and donated blood today, but almost couldn't. And the reason was one I'd not heard before. Why was I almost rejected as a blood donor?

Answer will be posted this evening tomorrow morning (can't be unfair to my Australian peeps).

Yes, they really seem to think you're SUPPOSED to keep track of those things. I never quite manage to. It REALLY annoys doctors if you're pregnant and can't remember your last period, though. I had to sit around and figure it out ('I know it was a Monday, and I know it was the same week I went Christmas shopping with my brother. I went shopping with my brother the first Thursday in December, therefore...'). Kind of pathetic, but really, who remembers to write it down?

It's just not something I want lying around on a calendar, really. Especially since the only calendar I use is my Outlook at work. And I can't think of a clever way to disguise what I'm actually trying to say...

Small red "X" somewhere?

Sorry for piping up :) But it's a thought. I never remember to write it down either ...

I wish that I kept track, because that would help me work out whether I've skipped 6 or 7 periods in a year.

It's not like the extra one makes things more bad!
