What do you do when your problem starts before getting up and you don't even wake up to turn off the alarm? I mean, I don't believe I can turn myself into a morning person, but not being late once in a while would be nice...

Everyone can calm down, I managed NOT to have a heart attack. There was, however, a great deal of actual rocking back and forth. It does work off nervous energy.
Also, I believe my heart rate was in the aerobic zone for more than 20 minutes, so that counts as a workout, right?
Now to listen to all the people who trashed KU and swore they were going to get blown out backpedal like mad.
