I'll sum up today thus: Damn, 6 men who are probably of Hispanic origin and who spoke mostly Spanish can sure mud and tape fast, the Driver's License Bureau is almost as much fun as the DMV, YAY INDIANS, BEAT THE WANKERS!, Woot-off was interesting, and knitting SUCKS - I don't know how y'all deal with those unwieldy needles.

Yup, they worked for 2 hours and accomplished WAY more than I would have in the analogous 12. Of course, my work would have been better, but would have taken a disproportionately longer amount of time. If that makes sense.

But at least my DL is good for 6 years! :D

They're not really my team (I'm a fan of Cleveland football, but not so much the baseball team) but since the Royals are out of it and the Indians ARE playing the Yankees, I'll put my whole heart into rooting for them!

Knitting is kicking my ass. Crochet is SO SO SO SO much easier!

My problem with circular needles comes with the fact that I don't hold them properly - so I end up tucking the butt end of the left needle against my side, which does a number on the plastic bit. But I think I'm going to take [Unknown site tag] up on her offer to go to one of her groups and they can try to teach my how to do it properly!
