Today's Accomplishments

All centered around yarn! First, I put all of my works-in-progress (and a few old completed projects) on Ravelry. I have 11 true WIPs and a few queued with yarn ready to go (I didn't count the sweater I started and am going to pull out as a WIP). How on earth did I end up working on 11 things, and why can't I finish anything?!

And I found a new way to store my yarn! I need two more of them (it'll take up the whole closet) and I can move all the yarn out of the bins in my craft room. Please note that the yarn pictured here is only stuff I've acquired in the last few months, none of it is from my original stash (which has not gotten any smaller). This also means I am officially overflowing my craft room. That's right, an entire 11x12 (approx) room is no longer large enough to hold all of my craft crap...

Nice setup! That gives me an idea to use the white milk-crate-esque shelving that my mom trash-picked for me for yarn. I had originally thought I could put books on it but it doesn't seem like it would be that good for that. Yarn, though, would work well, and then I could actually see it all, which would be a huge improvement on the box I'm currently using...

That would work pretty well! And, yeah, that was my issue with the way I'm storing most of it - I had to dig down through Rubbermaid tubs to try to find things. Even if I get two more, I'll still have some tubs, but at least most of the yarn will be within easy reach!
