And my new keyboard sucks. I have an adapter to get my old one back, I just need to install it.
Anyway, back to Facebook. I'm so tired of it, and every other time I tried to quit I couldn't, because curiosity kept dragging me back. Slowly I've filtered out most of the people on my list, I have "unsubscribed" to the most annoying, the rest I only see when I venture outside of my favorites list. The other half Facebook just doesn't show me because it knows what's best for me.
One of my 50/50 goals for next year is 50 days without Facebook. A year ago I wouldn't think I'd be able to do it. Now... I think I can. The ONLY thing I wish is that Dreamwidth had photo hosting and I could update with photos from my phone. That's what keeps me there - that and the event invites, but I'll get those if I visit it or not. Maybe I'll have to go back to Twitter for my daily stupid photo posting fix? Erm.
I still have a few goals to go to make 50% for this year. Only 5 days to go. And I still need a few goals for the coming year. Any ideas?
I did sign up for an art class for the coming year. My friend did it last year, and showed it to me, and got me doing art things (despite my lack of talent for anything not swirly). I'm getting a little better, and maybe by the end of the year I'll improve to a point where I don't cringe at 90% of what I do. So if I stay on top of things, there will be a chance of an art post every other week.
I should finish cleaning, but I'm just not motivated. And I have to wait for the paint on the shelf to dry. Maybe I'll go read a book, or stare vacantly at the TV. I should do some knitting, but... oh, hey, look, is that a squirrel?
