Remember how I didn't want to be at work *yesterday*?

That goes double today. I hardly slept last night and I'm too old to be running on so little sleep.

Anyway, I'm getting my cortizone shot today and the doctor's office is right by my house, so I thought I'd spend my lunch hour there. The question is, what do I do?
